The Irish Stock Exchange's history dates back to 1793 when the Dublin Stock Exchange was founded. In 1973, the Stock Exchange merged with the Belfast Stock Exchange to form the Irish Stock Exchange. In 1995, the ISE became a private limited company and was then acquired by Euronext in 2018.
